March 16th Rehearsal Notes

Location: Asbury Church 9-12 AM (Doors open at 8:30)

Special Note this Weekend: Asbury Church is hosting a Community Breakfast at the same time as our rehearsal. This will make the drop off and pick up process challenging. Please be prepared to drop your singers at the door. YCHC Staff will ensure their check-in and safe, escorted transition to the church sanctuary.

Bring: water and, if desired, a light snack

Concert Polos: Shirts will be distributed this Saturday at dismissal. Sizes will be per those offered at registration.

Performing Choirs: Junior Honors Choir and YCHC’s new Elementary Choir

Date: Sunday, March 24

Location: The Pullo Performing Arts Center - EC singers should enter the Upper Pullo Entrance off of Ablemarle Street (entrance shown in picture above). YCHC will direct you to the lower backstage access door.

Call Time: EC singers report to the Back Stage area by 1:15 pm. It is important to be on time. JHC and EC both have to complete warmups, sound checks, professional photo shoots, finale practice, and repertoire reviews before the house opens for audience seating.

Wear: Wear your EC polo shirt, black pants, and black shoes. The JHC will be in their formal concert attire. We are trying to convey the same respectful, understated attire. Style your hair away from your face. Do not wear strong scents.

Concert Tickets: This is a ticketed event. Seats are $12. Click here to purchase tickets. Invite your family and friends!

Concert Start Time: The house will open for audience seating at 3:00pm. The concert will begin at 3:30pm.
